Course Overview

This course is aimed at dentists that are either new to clear aligner therapy or are looking to expand their knowledge in this space. The course will cover all of the basics required to complete mild to moderate orthodontic cases using clear aligners.

Particular focus is placed on improving restorative outcomes through the use of short course orthodontic treatments for general dentists.

Presenter/s biography

Dr Luke Cronin
BDSc(Qld) GradDipClinDent(Syd) MIPH(Qld)


Dr Luke Cronin is a graduate of the University of Queensland (2000, 2013) and the University of Sydney (2006). Dr Luke Cronin has performed over 1000 clear aligner cases and has been influential, globally, in shaping the clear aligner market.

Dr Luke Cronin is currently the Clinical Advisor for IQ Active Aligners utilising his expertise to design the treatment protocols, oversight of the patient monitoring and clinical guidance for dentists.

Prior to taking on the position of Clinical Advisor for IQ Active Aligners, Dr Luke Cronin owned one of Sydney’s leading cosmetic clinics for 10 years, focussing on clear aligner therapy and porcelain veneers.

Dr Luke Cronin has previously held industry positions as a key opinion leader for Invisalign®, 3shape®, Philips® and Ultradent®.
