Payment Options

ADAQ offers members two payment options for their ADA Queensland membership:
Option 1 – Pay in full
Option 2 – Monthly Autopay

Is there any benefit for me to pay in full?
Yes! If you choose to pay in full prior to 30 June 2026 then you can claim your membership (and insurance renewal) as a tax deduction in your 2025–2026 tax return. Alternatively, you will need to wait until the following year’s tax return.

Can I pay monthly?
Yes, ADAQ is offering monthly payments. A 10% administration fee / loading applies to the monthly payment option, meaning the total annual amount payable under the monthly option will be higher than the annual upfront payment option.

When you go to renew online, select by monthly payments. Fill in the details using your credit card.

The first instalment (July 2026) will be processed when you proceed, and subsequent instalments will be processed on or about the 15th day of each month.

Does the Early Bird discount apply to my monthly payments?
ADAQ is not offering the 10% Early Bird discount on the ADAQ membership fee for monthly autopay.

What is the Early Bird discount?
ADAQ is offering a 10% Early Bird discount on the ADAQ membership fee. This offer is available for full upfront payments only and if you renew before 31 May 2026 4:00 pm.
The Early Bird Offer applies automatically to your ADAQ membership fees at the start of the renewal process. You do not need a promotion code when at the payment section.
If you have any questions about your membership fees please email [email protected].

Can I pay both my Membership and PI Insurance monthly?
Yes, you can pay your ADAQ membership fee and insurance via Arteva Funding through the renewal page.

What dates will my payments for monthly membership fee be taken?
Monthly payments will be taken on or around the following dates:

  • 1st instalment taken when completing the Auto Pay for July 2026.
  • Monthly instalments will then be taken on the 15th day of each month.

Am I charged an administration fee for choosing monthly?
A 10% administration fee / loading applies to the monthly payment option, meaning the total annual amount payable under the monthly option will be higher than the annual upfront payment option.

Your total membership fee (including the 10% loading) will be split into 12 monthly instalments.
