Presenter biography
Dr Justus Pienaar
Dr Justus Pienaar is a Specialist Oral Surgeon, practising in Rockhampton, Central Queensland. Born in South Africa, Justus completed his dental training (BChD) at the University of Pretoria. He then attended the University of Otago in New Zealand, completing an MBChB and MDS(Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery) with distinction. Justus opened his private practice in Rockhampton in 2015, reuniting with his sister and parents who settled in Central Queensland around 2007.
Justus and his wife, Michelle, live in Yeppoon. Justus loves music and enjoys making noise with his guitars. He enjoys various outdoor activities, especially riding motorcycles and working with cattle. His immediate family includes Michelle, along with two beautiful daughters, Mia and Claudia, and a Bull Terrier called Alfie.
